Through the contact form we collect your name, company, email address and the message you send. This data is used solely to reply to your enquiry.

Contact form data is sent to Resend (Resend Inc., USA), our email provider, solely to deliver the message. Resend acts as a data processor and complies with the GDPR through standard contractual clauses (SCC).

We also use Google Analytics (Google Inc. / Google Ireland Limited) to analyse browsing behaviour on the site. Google Analytics receives information about pages visited, time on site and traffic source through cookies. Processing is based on the user's explicit consent when submitting the form and on leo/'s legitimate interest in replying to requests for professional services.

Data is kept for as long as needed to manage the business relationship and, in any case, in line with the periods set by applicable law.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability by writing to contact@leosoftware.dev. You can also file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (AEPD, the Spanish Data Protection Agency).
