I had the opportunity to work with Ismael during his internship at Entreredes Consultoría Tecnológica, in the Development and Positioning department. It was a good experience.

From the start it was clear that Ismael is not the typical intern profile. He has a stronger technical foundation than you usually see in someone who has just finished a higher vocational degree, and an ability to learn that doesn't need pushing. During his time with us he came to run one of Entreredes' projects on his own, taking on responsibilities with sound judgement and without anyone having to keep an eye on him.

What struck me most wasn't just the technical side, but the attitude. Real curiosity, initiative, and a drive to understand things properly, not just to make them work.

I'm convinced he will have a good career. I would recommend him without hesitation to any team looking for someone with talent and a good head on their shoulders.
